    Can we make copies of the DVD if we want to show it in more locations?

    No. Our licensing is the same as the industry standard licensing for DVDs. The training DVD can only be used for single monitor use only. Purchasers may display the video from the DVD to one monitor or screen at a time for an unlimited number of uses and participants. If you need to use on more than one monitor simultaneously then you can purchase additional DVDs or contact us about our streaming/LMS option.

    What is your refund policy?

    Unfortunately due to pirating, we cannot offer refunds on DVD purchases or downloadable products for any reason. All sales are final. If a product becomes damaged en route or is proven defective, you have thirty days from the date of purchase to return the product to us. We will gladly replace the product without charge. Wear and tear is derived from use, and not considered a defect, and thus does not qualify for replacement except through a new purchase.

    I have a distributed workforce and don’t want to have to deal with a DVD. Do you have a streaming option?

    Yes we do and we have the option to run it on our own hosted LMS at no charge in case you don't have one. Using this option your employees can login over the internet and view the training regardless of their location. Pricing is an affordable per seat fee. Call us for more information.

    I have my own LMS. Can I license the content to put into my LMS and how does that work?

    We have the abilty to provide the training in SCORM compliant format to import into your LMS. The licensing is based on an industry standard per user fee.

Sexual Harassment

    Do you offer California versions of the sexual harassment training that comply with California’s AB1825 legislation?

    Yes we do. We offer both a CA manager version and a Employee/CA Manager combo set. One important note is that AB1825 requires 2 hours of training for Managers. Our online training addresses this but our DVDs which are 35 minutes are meant to be used in an instructor led class where they can fill the time with additional activities to meet the 2 hour requirement. So if you need a non-instructor led training to comply with AB1825, please contact us about our online training version.

    Do you offer training that an organization can use to train its employees?

    Yes we do.

    Who is the organizational training for?

    Organizational training is for employers/groups that need to train their employees. It provides a single shared login that all employees can login to as well as potential group pricing discounts.

    How does organizational training work?

    Our organizational training option includes a shared multi-user account setup. It involves zero administration as it does not require you to setup user names and passwords. Once your account is setup, everyone logs in using the same username/password. They take the training and once they are complete, each individual takes the final exam. On successfully passing the final exam, each individual enters their name on their certificate and gets a generated pdf certificate immediately for them to save or print off. A copy of that certificate with transcript scores are automatically emailed to the administrator's email address on the account.

    So all you have to do is give everyone the username/password, let them take the training, and sit back and get an email copy as everyone finishes the training. It couldn't be easier.

    Yes we do. Your pricing is based on the initial number of seats you purchase:

    If I purchase seats after my intial purchase do I still get a volume discount?

    Your future pricing is based on your intial purchase. So if you bought 25 seats, your pricing would be $19.99 for those 25 seats and also for any future seats you purchased.

    How do I sign up for the organizational training option? I don't see a signup on your site.

    To signup for an organizational account, simply add the desired number of seats to your shopping cart and then checkout. The account will then be enabled for that number of licenses. If you need to add licenses in the future, you can do so using the Add More Licenses button when you login to your account.

    Is there any charge for keeping the training account active?

    No we only charge on a pay per use basis. If you do not use it, you do not pay anything.

    How do you handle billing beyond the initial seats purchased?
