Cross Cultural Communication portrays a cultural diversity customer service scenario, in which a service representative receives a call from a customer from another culture. She speaks quickly and uses slang, frustrating the client; she is impatient with the client's accent and English, and belittles her, and eventually loses the customer. The video then shows the same customer service agent, approaching the same situation differently, adapting to the customer's unique needs.
