Seeing how other people look often affects what we think of them, whether we accept them, criticize them (unspoken or not), and how we treat them--based on their appearance. However, it isn’t how other people look, but how other people behave, or what they say and do, and how they say and do it, that impacts us and workplace productivity.
A true test: wouldn't we prefer to have other people determine what they think of us, and how they treat us, based on how we behave, not how we look?

Seeing how other people look often affects what we think of them, including whether we accept them, criticize them (unspoken or not), and how we treat them--based on their appearance.
Some of these judgments are negative, resulting in mistrust, reduced communication, misunderstandings, and potential conflicts.
However, it isn't how other people look, or their appearance, that truly impacts us.
It's how other people behave or act towards us, or what they say and do, and how they say and do it, that impacts us. And workplace productivity.
The video uses a brief series of vignettes to show many common ways that people look, and may be judged, including occupational, ethnic, gender, religious, age, cultural, and mobility appearances.
People can increase their understanding and acceptance of others when they focus on how other people behave, not how they look.
It's what we want other people to do with us.
